A new coating thickness gauge by AUTOMATION Dr. Nix measures, analyses, customizes, documents and administrates. The CarCheck System is composed of the CarCheck Gauge and CarCheck Software and features an easy and precise proceeding. The concept based on software allows a documentation you could draw up intricately - mostly by hand.
The menu driven measuring program can be chosen for various vehicle types - e.g. cabriolet, limousine or van - each bodywork can be handled with a so-called basic or intensive measurement.
Step by step, the job wizard guides the user from entering the vehicle and
customer data to starting the measuring process on the vehicle and the final print out of a complete report. Easy and safe - without previous knowledge of the program.
Information on measured data, vehicle and client can be printed out directly after the measuring.
Under menu item "options" additional company contact information can be filled in, if necessary even the company logo can be applied.
A tabulation and a statistical diagram give information about minimum, maximum and average coating thickness values. A graphic shows the measurement values on the before measured vehicle type.
The management centre of the CarCheck Software saves further customer data.
